Find if that beer is really worth drinking
I tasted this while Touring Sam Adams in Boston. It’s a research and development beer, which they are currently calling Santiam after the hops they are using.
About Aaron D. Campbell
Appearance – Slightly hazy yellow-amber, off-white head, good lacing
Smell – Lots of doughy yeast, not too strong
Taste – Dough and lightly toasted malt up front, flowery hops at the very end.
Mouthfeel – Medium bodied, decent carbonation, refreshing
Drinkability – This was a quality beer. I honestly hope it finds it’s way to market.
