I’ve been toing and froing to keep a balance between my own personal desires and my desire to be around people. One of the things that I did as an undergrad is to volunteer at a homeless shelter, and I got to live in a place that housed many people that didn’t have a home. Since then, I’ve come to realize that there are some places where there are no choices.

Lone Star Light is a microbrewery located in the heart of downtown San Jose. The only reason they make beer is because they can. They make beer because they want people to come. People are not just coming to go to the brewery, they’re coming to be the brewery. You can tell by the fact that everyone i’ve talked to about this brewery says they are a part of the city’s art and culture scene.

What that exactly means is that they’re bringing their beer to our area on a regular basis. And we all know what a part of the scene it is. And we all want to drink our beer. That means we need to bring our beer to our area. And so far it looks like it’s working out just fine.
