Every Saturday afternoon, I work out. I’ve always loved it. I would go to the gym for a few hours every week, and my husband loved it, too. But I was never really into working out in the morning. It was too early for me, and I knew that my body was tired, but I wasn’t sure what I was doing wrong.

You need to believe me, and you need to start working out. I would go to class and feel like crap for the rest of the day.
In the past I have been able to say, “I feel great.” But when I work out, I find that I feel like a dead weight all day. When I work out, I feel like I am just trying to keep up with the others and not working out anymore.
I would love to tell everyone to go to the gym, but I would actually feel sorry for you. A few months ago I worked out at my gym and it was great. I felt like I was killing myself with the cardio. But now I find that I have to go to the gym.
So yes, this is a great day to work out. In fact, I think it’s probably one of the best we’ve ever had. It’s a good day to work out on a regular basis (at least 10 times a week) and if you’re feeling like that, I’d recommend you go to the gym. I know that when I was working out, I was so out of it that I was trying to remember I was still there.
