I know, I know. I thought that last sentence was going to be a great point, but I can’t stop myself from thinking about all the sugar we use in our diets. And that’s another reason I don’t like sugar.

I can’t even begin to tell you how many people I know who have tried to lose weight and only lost a few pounds, then kept going back and trying to lose weight even more – and never succeeded. The more sugar that you eat, the more you’ll want it too. The problem is that the more you want it, the more you’ll be tempted to eat it.
Yes, the sugar industry is a monster! But no, it’s not the problem. It’s the sugar that you want to eat. The problem is that you’re eating too many sugar cubes. The solution is to cut back on the sugar. That’s because the more sugar you eat, the more you’re trying to eat, and the more you end up eating, the more it drives you insane.
Well, if you get that idea, I guess I’m just not cut out for this industry. I’m not even sure I can stand the taste of the sweetness.
